It is another Thursday, Just like the new tradition of Throw Back Thursday (TBT), today I am taking a minute to Remember the "ULTIMATE JUNK FOOD COMBINATION: MIHOGO SERVED WITH KACHUMBARI/CHACHANDU TOGETHER WITH SUNVITA JUICE.
Back in the days in my street we had the best "MONG'ONYO" rocking the spot, I am sure Upanga kids in the 90's and early 2000's do Remember him. The spot could be filled with Olympio, Shaaban Robert, Mzizima, Tambaza, Aga Khan, Azania, Muhimbili primary and every School in upanga you just name it. Mong'onyo knew how to unite the kids with his Mihogo and SUNVITA juice.
A day without that dish was a sad day. Shoutout to Mr. Mong'onyo wherever you are.
No doubt to whoever will read this they will have their own spot in mind.
